- Create your free account and top up your wallet.
- Submit the product link, quantity and any options.
- We send you a quotation (item cost + service fee).
- Approve and pay from your wallet balance.
- We place the order and receive it at our warehouse.
- We weigh, consolidate and create your shipment.
- Pay the shipping fee — we dispatch and you track to your door.
Yahoo! Auctions & Mercari too
We can bid on and buy from Yahoo! Auctions, Mercari and most C2C marketplaces — just send us the link.
Flat proxy-buying fee
A low flat fee — not a percentage of your item. Charged per item for marketplaces (Yahoo! Auctions, Mercari) and once per order for regular shops (Amazon, Yodobashi…). Members pay even less. Shown in your quotation before you approve; Japan domestic shipping at actual cost.
Check it with a photo after arrival
When your order reaches our warehouse we take a free basic arrival photo. You can also request extra photos of a product or its contents (from 1 photo) — so you can check condition and contents before shipping.

Your flat proxy fee drops and shipping perks unlock as you rank up. Rank is based on completed orders in the last 30 days.

Our proxy fee is a flat rate: charged per item for marketplaces (Yahoo! Auctions, Mercari) and once per order for regular shops (Amazon, Yodobashi…). Item cost and shipping are separate. Higher ranks lower the flat fee and can add a shipping discount.
