How it works
Parcel forwarding
- Buy from any Japanese shop and ship it to our warehouse address.
- Register your tracking number in your account.
- We receive your parcel, screen it for prohibited items, and store it. (Inspection and photos are optional paid services.)
- Select your items and create a shipment when ready.
- Pay the shipping fee from your wallet.
- We pack and dispatch internationally with tracking.
Three ways to pack — save cost or protect
When you create a shipment you choose how we pack it: strip it down to make the parcel smaller and cheaper to ship, or keep the boxes for protection and resale value.
Keep product packaging
Ship items in their original retail box — best for gifts, collectibles or resale. Bulkier, so shipping costs a little more.
Keep courier packaging
Leave items in the outer box the seller/courier sent — minimal handling, good protection.
Remove all packaging
Strip outer and product boxes to make the parcel smaller and lighter — the cheapest to ship, but boxes are discarded.
You pick this per shipment — we adjust to suit the actual items and condition.

We combine several parcels into a single box to cut your shipping cost, with 30 days of free storage on every item.
Worldwide shipping
Choose EMS, Air, Sea, FedEx or UPS. Weight-based pricing, full tracking, and customs paperwork handled for you.
Need to return something?
We can also send an item back to a Japanese seller for you when a return or exchange is needed.
Storage & shipping fee
30 days free storage on every item, then a small daily fee. Shipping is weight-based — check the calculator for an exact quote.
Check it with a photo after arrival
When your parcel reaches our warehouse we take a free basic arrival photo. You can also request extra photos of a product or its contents (from 1 photo) — so you can check condition and contents before forwarding.
Ship with friends — one box, one fee
Combine everyone’s parcels into a single box and ship at the organiser’s rate to any of their saved addresses. One box, one shipping fee — cheaper for everyone.
- Everyone creates an account — Each person signs up for their own free account and sends their items to our warehouse.
- Add each other as friends — Send a friend request in your account and accept it. Being friends is what lets you share items.
- Share items & ship together — Lend your ready items to the organiser, who packs everyone’s items into one box and ships at their rate to any of their saved addresses.

Estimate international shipping from the weight and size of your parcel.
We charge the greater of actual and volumetric weight (L×W×H ÷ 5000). The final fee is confirmed once your parcel is weighed and measured at our warehouse.
Unusually large or heavy parcels may incur a FedEx additional-handling or oversize surcharge. We always show the exact amount before you pay.
