General
What’s the difference between proxy buying (代購) and forwarding (代運)?
With proxy buying, you send us a link and we purchase the item for you. With forwarding, you buy it yourself and have it sent to our Japan warehouse, then we ship it overseas.
Account
How do I track my order?
Everything is in your account: order status, warehouse photos, shipment status and the carrier tracking number once dispatched.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You can top up your wallet using:
Local bank transferCredit card
How do I pay?
You top up a prepaid wallet using one of our supported payment methods (listed below), then purchases and shipping are paid from your balance. Any unused balance can be refunded on request.
How do I withdraw or get a refund of my wallet balance?
Unused balance can be paid out by international bank transfer at the TTS exchange rate — gold members get the better TTM mid-market rate. If you topped up by card, you can instead refund that top-up to the original card within 30 days, up to the amount you topped up. Card refunds go back to the same card in the currency you paid; if that card is expired or its number has changed, the refund cannot go through and you should use bank transfer. After 30 days, only bank transfer is available. The minimum withdrawal is JPY 100.
Proxy buying
Which Japanese shops can you buy from?
Almost any — Rakuten, Amazon Japan, Mercari, Yahoo! Auctions/Shopping, ZOZOTOWN, official brand stores and most online retailers. If you have a link, send it to us for a quote.
What if an item is out of stock or the price changed?
We confirm availability and the final price in the quotation. Nothing is purchased until you approve and pay, so there are no surprises.
Forwarding
Can I combine several orders into one shipment?
Yes — that’s consolidation, and it’s one of the easiest ways to save. We hold your items free for 30 days and pack them together.

How are shipping fees calculated?
By chargeable weight — the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric (size-based) weight — together with your destination and chosen carrier. You see the exact amount before paying.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the method: EMS and courier are usually a few days, air freight a little longer, and sea freight is the cheapest but slowest. Estimated times are shown when you create a shipment.
Can you ship batteries, liquids or perfume?
Some items (batteries, liquids, aerosols, perfume, dangerous goods) are restricted by certain carriers. We’ll let you know the available options and any restrictions for your items.
Will I be charged customs duty or import tax? Who pays it?
International deliveries may be subject to customs duty, import tax/VAT or other charges under the laws of the destination country. These taxes and fees are the customers responsibility and vary by country, item and value. They are not included in our shipping fee. Please check with your countrys customs office for details.
Storage
Is there a storage fee?
Storage is free for the first 30 days per item, after which a small daily fee applies. Consolidating and shipping promptly keeps it free.
