No subscription. You only pay a service fee on purchases plus actual shipping.
Flat proxy-buying fee
A low flat fee — not a percentage of your item. Charged per item for marketplaces (Yahoo! Auctions, Mercari) and once per order for regular shops (Amazon, Yodobashi…). Members pay even less. Shown in your quotation before you approve; Japan domestic shipping at actual cost.
Storage
Free for the first 30 days, then JPY 6 per 0.5kg of volumetric weight (L×W×H ÷ 5000), per day.
Ways to pay
Local bank transfer: free. Credit card top-up: 5% fee.
Withdrawals & refunds
- Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn by local bank transfer (except some countries/regions) at the TTS rate — gold members get the mid-market TTM rate.
- A card top-up can instead be refunded to the original card (up to the amount topped up); a 5% fee applies and there is no 30-day limit.
Shipping fee
Shipping is charged by the greater of actual or volumetric weight and varies by destination and carrier. Enter your parcel’s size and weight in our calculator to compare every available method and see the exact price instantly.
