Withdrawals & refunds
TTS / TTM rate
- Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn by local bank transfer (except some countries/regions) at the TTS rate — gold members get the mid-market TTM rate.
- A card top-up can instead be refunded to the original card (up to the amount topped up); a 5% fee applies and there is no 30-day limit.
Shipping fee
